It offers guests different types of accommodation as well as a large garden with a children’s playground and parking for exclusive use. The apartments, recently modernized and equipped with various comforts, have air conditioning, wi-fi internet connection (the network is fiber optic) and washing machine for condominium use. The management of the leases, of an exclusively tourist nature, has been carried out for several decades by the Benedini family, owner of the property.
